Aaron McKerrow is a Massage Therapist and CPT ( NASM / AFAA certified ) for the last 10 years with over 24 years of experience. He attended college at Corning NY, for Exercise Science and Business for 2 years. American Institute Graduated in 2015 and is licenced for NJ. CPR / AED / First Aid adults & pediatric BLS certified through the American Red Cross. He listens to the clients needs to help release tension and stress.  He assists in preparation for an event; before, during and after. He can also schedule personnel training sessions to strengthen and help heal or prevent injury. Aaron states, “I am here to move you on to your next level in life and recovery.” He helps facilitate the release of headaches, Sciatica, scar tissue, TMJ and sinuses. He works with modalities such as Swedish technique, Sports, Trigger Point Therapy, Stretching, Hot Stone, *Gua Sha, *AIS, *Reflexologyand Myofascial Release.

*Gua Sha is a natural, alternative therapy that has been around in the Asian practice for over 1,000 years. It involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation.

 In Gua Sha, a technician scrapes your skin with short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow.

* Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a technique that lengthens and strengthens muscle tissue.  Aaron Mattes RKT, LMT created over 30 years ago. Our muscles have two major functions: to contract or relax. The idea of AIS is to hold a stretch for one to two seconds, relax, and then repeat the movement for 10 to 15 times for one to two sets.
